HiLyte Fluor 750 hydrazide is a carbonyl-reactive fluorescent labeling dye. It can be used for labeling glycoproteins such as HRP. Spectrally similar to Cy7 dye, HiLyte Fluor 750 hydrazide is the longest wavelength carbonyl-reactive HiLyte Fluor dye currently available. Its fluorescence emission maximum at 782 nm is well separated from commonly used far-red fluorophores such as HiLyte Fluor 647, HiLyte Fluor 680 or allophycocyanin (APC), facilitating multicolor analysis.Extinction Coefficient (M-1cm-1): 275,000Fluorescence quantum yield: 0.12Fluorescence Life Time (ns): 0.7 | |
