This ANP (1-28) peptide hormone has been biotinylated at the N-terminus and can be used in conjugation experiments. ANP (1-28) constitutes the first 28 amino acids of theANP synthesized in the heart of different vertebrates. It plays an important role in the regulation of blood pressure and natriuresis/diuresis.
