HiLyte Fluor 532 amine is a carbonyl-reactive fluorescent labeling dye. HiLyte Fluor 532 dyes are new members of our proprietary HiLyte Fluor series with fluorescence excitation and emission maxima of ~545 nm and ~565 nm, respectively. The dyes are based on a new class of cyanine dyes developed by AnaSpec scientists. Unlike traditional cyanine dyes, HiLyte Fluor 532 dyes are not only highly water-soluble, pH-insensitive but also photostable. HiLyte Fluor 532 is suited for the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line (Flow cytometry laser line: 532 nm; Microscopy laser line: 532 nm) and is a direct replacement for: Alexa Fluor® 532, Atto 532. HiLyte Fluor 532 has Extinction Coefficient (M-1cm-1) = 171,000 and Fluorescence quantum yield = 0.26. | |
