The Advantage 2 PCR Kit includes our Advantage 2 Polymerase Mix (which comes with two optimized buffers), dNTPs, and PCR controls. Our Advantage 2 Polymerase mix is a proven balance of high yield and high fidelity for cDNA amplification and library construction. With 3X higher fidelity than regular Taq, it can readily amplify a wide range of DNA templates, including long templates up to 18 kb and complex genomic DNA up to 6 kb.
