Each PrimerArray embryonic stem cell array contains 96 primer pairs representing 88 genes associated with embryonic stem cell or iPS cell pluripotency and eight housekeeping genes. The PrimerArray Analysis Tool for Embryonic Stem Cells (available for download here)and/or Multiplate RQ (for use with the Thermal Cycler Dice Real Time Systems, not available in all geographic locations) are useful for analyzing data obtained using these products.
