100bp DNA Marker Plus-50 is prepared to ensure quality and batch-to-batch consistency. This marker contains eleven discrete fragments ranging from 50bp to 1,000bp with a double intensity reference band at 500bp. This marker is ideal for assessment of a range of PCR product size and supplied in a ready-to-use mix. For best results, load 10㎕ of marker per well.
