100bp DNA Marker Plus-HI is prepared to ensure quality and batch-to-batch consistency. This Marker contains eleven discrete fragments ranging from 100bp to 2,000bp in 100bp increments with a double intensity reference band at 500bp. This marker is ideal for fast running times and accurate visual determination and supplied in a ready-to-use mix. For best results, load 10㎕ of marker per well. Concentration in Buffer 100bp DNA Marker Plus-HI is supplied in 10mM EDTA, 10% Glycerol, 0.15% Bromophenol blue, and 0.17% SDS.
