Thisprotocolcanbeusedforthecryopreservationofhumanembryonicstem(hES)cellsculturedwithfeedercellsorinfeeder-freeconditions.Theproceduredescribesthecryopreservationofcellsculturedinonewellofa6-wellplate.Amountscanbescaledupiffreezingmultiplewells,however,only1mlofcellsUSPensionshouldbealiquottedintoeachcryogenicvial.KeepEZStemFreezingMediumoniceatalltimes.
