Comparison of two emulsion methods for preparation of vitamin C liposome:one-step and two-step WANG Wei 1,2,XIA Qiang 1,2,3(1.School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering,Southeast University,Nanjing,Jiangsu 210096,China;2.Suzhou Key Laboratory of Biomedical Materials and Technology,Suzhou,Jiangsu 215123,China;3.Suzhou Nanohealth Biotech.Co.,Ltd.,Suzhou,Jiangsu 215123,China)This experiment is aimed at finding the difference between two emulsion methods,one-step/two-step emulsion method for preparation of vitamin C liposome.The liposome can be made with the quality ratio of phospholipid:propylene glycol:O-300:Tween-60:VitaminC=10:10:2:2:1(100%) and the temperature was set at 45℃.All the materials are emulsified at the rotate speed in the range of 500 r/min～600 r/min for 30 min.Based on the results of size distribution,microstructure,encapsulation efficiency and stability,we found that the better process for preparation of vitamin C liposome is two-step method though it is more complex. 【CateGory Index】： TQ466.3 Download(CAJ format) Download(PDF format) CAJViewer7.0 supports all the CNKI file formats; AdobeReader only supports the PDF format.
