Poly(蔚-caprolactone)-poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether (MPEG-PCL) is an amphiphilic 聽block copolymer 聽(ABC), which can self-assemble into polymeric micelles. PCL-PEG is one of the most commonly used biodegradable polymers for drug encapsulation, drug solubilization and drug delivery.
