Monoclonal antibody specific for IL-8

This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of bovine IL-8 in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot.

We recommend 26E5 as detection antibody in bovine IL-8 ELISA in combination with capture antibody MT8H19 and in bovine IL-8 ELISpot in combination with capture antibodies MT8H6/8F19. See Related products.

Species cross-reactivity

The monoclonal antibody reacts with human IL-8 and cross-reacts with IL-8 from cow, dog and non-human primates. See the Veterinary table
