Viscosityreductionmethod Thetechniqueisbasedontheactionofcellulaseenzymeswhichshortenthelengthsofcellulosemoleculesinaviscoussolutionofwallpaperpasteandcauseittobecomelessviscous(runnier). Themoreactivetheenzyme,thegreaterthereductioninviscosity,andsotheshorterthedrainagetimes.
