Recombinant HTN-GFP was purified from an E. coli strain carrying an engineered plasmid encoding green fluorescent protein (GFP) with a N-6XHis tag, followed by a Tat peptide (GRKKRRQRRRPPAGTSVSL) and an NLS sequence (PKKKRKV).
