Transformed from SH-SY5Y cell line ( orignated from a human bone marrow with neuroblastoma) by lentivirus expressing enhance RFP fluorescent marker. RFP was expressed under the constitutive CMV promoter. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker. Product Manual.
