Transformed from suspension human Jurkat T cell line ( originated from a human peripheral blood of with T cell leukemia) by lentivirus expressing enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the native promoter of human CD68 gene (which is preferably expressed in macrophages and macrophage-related cells). Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker.  Product Manual.

The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.

 Each cell showed GFP fluorescent signal.
