The antigen is a human cell homogenate.
The antibody is culture supernatant.
Biological Significance: Collapse
This antibody is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research. It reacts specifically with human cells, including neurons and embryonic stem cells, with no reactivity to rat or mouse cells.
Storage
100 ul culture supernatant.
For long term storage –20° C is recommended in undiluted aliquots. Stable at –20° C for up to one year after date of receipt. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
