Bovine heart genomic DNA is pure high molecular weight intact DNA extracted from freshly harvested tissue of single healthy normal donor using classical liquid-liquid extraction method, dissolved in TE-Buffer, precisely quantified, and stored at -80oC. DNA sample is treated with DNase-free RNase to remove contaminant RNA.
