SUPERase•In™RNaseInhibitorcanbeusedinanyapplicationwhereRNasecontaminationcouldbeproblematic.BecauseitinhibitsabroaderrangeofRNasesthantrADItionalRNaseinhibitors,SUPERase•In™isthemosteffectiveRNaseinhibitoravailable,providingahigherlevelofprotectionagainstdegradation.
SUPERase•In™doesnotinterferewithotherenzymessuchasRNApolymerases,reversetranscriptase,or Taq DNApolymerase.Additionally,SUPERase•In™isactiveupto65°CandoverapHrangeof5.5to8.5.
