This reagent is a 10-fold concentrated solution developed for blocking remaining protein binding sites on polystryrene- or PVDF membrane-bottomed ELISPOT plates after coating with anti-cytokine capture antibodies. Prior to use, the solution should be diluted 10 times with pyrogen-free PBS. This solution has been developed for both enzymatic staining procedure on PVDF membrane-bottomed plates and silver staining procedure on polystyrene-bottomed plates. Upon ordering, you will receive blocking stock solution (10x) for 480 ELISPOT determinations.
