The Mouse IgG1, mAb MOPC-21 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for several applications: Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. This isotype control is low endotoxin and is therefore suitable for functional studies. Ultra low endotoxin for for example highly sensitive assays or in vivo studies is also available (Cat. # HI5001).Specifications:

| For mentioned applications- dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to the test reagents. |
| Product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year. |
