Specific Activity: 8 pmole/min/?g. Assay description: Assayed using Z-Lyte® (Invitrogen) kinase assay conditions with 2 ?M Tyr 01 Peptide in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 0.01% BRIJ-35, 10 MgCl2, 1 mM EGTA for 45 min at 30°C, and incubated with reagent B (1:256) for 50 min at RT.
