Assay condition: The enzyme reaction was carried out at 37° C for 20 min in a buffer containing 20 mM of Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM of MgCl2, 1 mM of MnCl2, 1 mM of DTT and 1 mM of ATP. 1µg/ml poly(Glu4- Tyr) peptide substrate. Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
