Description

HCV Genotype Real Time RT-PCR Kit is used for the detection of HCV Genotype by using real time PCR system, providing reliable diagnostic result for HCV Genotyping. Hepatitis C Virus, known as HCV for short, is a positive-strand RNA virus. Its route of transmission is parenteral transmission and it is spread primarily by direct contact with contaminated blood. HCV genotyping is an important epidemiological sign. Different genotypes response to interferon treatment were significantly different.
