One anti-microRNA lentiviector (5.0 ug) and its ready-to-use anti-miRNA lentivirus (0.5 ml), and One negative control anti-miRNA lenitvector (5.0 ug) and its control lentivirus (0.5 ml).

The anti-miRNA was expressed under the constitutive human U6 promoter. The anti-miRNA lentivector aslo contains a GFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker under Rsv promoter, which allows to select the positive cells by blasticidin antibiotic selection or by cell sorting via GFP signal. . See Anti-miRNA lentivirus manual for more details about the lentivector.

         (1) 0.5 ml of pre-made specific anti-miRNA lentivirus with titer at ~ 1×10⁷ IFU/ml;

          (2) 0.5 ml of pre-made negative control anti-miRNA lentivirus with titer at ~ 1×10⁷ IFU/ml;
