SourceChickens were immunized with the c-myc peptide EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with biotin.
