10-180 kDa Protein Marker contains 11 prestained proteins covalently coupled to a blue dye, ranging from 10 to 180 kDa. The 25 kDa and 72 kDa bands have increased intensity and serve as reference points. Coloured protein bands can be seen in SDS-PAGE after transferring to a PDVF, nylon or nitrocellulose membrane.
