This product is used to determine β2 - microglobulin content in human serum
The agglutination reaction occurs between β2 - microglobulin in sample and the corresponding anti - β2 - microglobulin - antibody combined with latex particles when they meet in the liquid buffer. The reaction produced turbidity is proportional to the concentration of β2 - microglobulin in the sample within the linear range. At a specific wavelength, β2 - microglobulin concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.
