Basic ELISpot kit for enumeration of cells secreting EBI3

The human EBI3 ELISpot kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own assay. The kit enables enumeration of cells secreting human EBI3, and contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies and Streptavidin-ALP.

The monoclonal antibodies in this kit are specific to the EBI3 subunit of IL-27 and IL-35. ELISpot assays based on antibodies to EBI3 will detect both IL-27 and IL-35.

Analyte Information

EBI3EBI3 is a subunit molecule that forms heterodimers with other proteins in the IL-12 family. IL-27 is a heterodimer composed of the subunits EBI3 and p28. IL-35 is a heterodimer composed of the subunits EBI3 and p35. IL-39 is a heterodimer composted of the subunits EBI3 and p19. Native IL-39 has not been detected in human.
