This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of IL-4 producing cells in flow cytometry.
Ready-to-use solution of PF648P-conjugated mAb IL4-3.
PF647P is excited by the red laser (633 nm). The excitation max is 654 nm and the emission max is 672 nm.
Species cross-reactivityThe monoclonal antibody cross-reacts with IL-4 from non-human primates. See the Human/NHP cross-reactivity table.
Analyte Information
IL-4Interleukin-4 (IL-4, IL4) is produced by activated T cells, especially differentiated CD4+ TH2-type cells, and stimulated mast cells and basophils. The most important effects of IL-4 are the regulation of helper T cell differentiation to the TH2 type and the regulation of IgE and IgG4 production by B cells.
