Analyte Information
This monoclonal antibody is recommended as mouse IgG1 isotype control in flow cytometry. It has been used as isotype control with cells from different species.
Ready-to-use solution of PF647P-conjugated mAb MT128.
PF647P is excited by the red laser (633 nm). The excitation max is 654 nm and the emission max is 672 nm.
Analyte Information
Isotype controlIsotype controls are often used as negative controls in e.g. flow cytometry experiments. An isotype control should match the isotype of the analyte specific antibody used in the assay.
