  • Potent immunosuppressant with anti-inflammatory and antitumor properties.
  • Exhibits potent antiproliferative activity, induces apoptosis, modulates autophagy and inhibits cell cycle regulators.
  • Inhibits global gene transcription by inducing degradation of RNA polymerase II (Pol II) and by inhibiting the ATPase activity of XPB (a subunit of the general transcription factor TFIIH).
  • Human dCTP pyrophosphatase 1 inhibitor.
