Flamma®552 is an orange fluorescent dye induced from cyanine structure and has a maximum value of Ex/Em at 550nm/565nm, and it can be also used for 532, 543, 546, 555, 568nm laser lines. Flamma®552 has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®555 and CY3.Flamma®552 Amine is an unreactive functional group that induces amide bond with carboxyl group in substrate of labeling target through appropriate catalytic reaction.
