SPECIFICITY

By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with human IgM. Cross-reactivity with other immunoglobulins and light chains is less than 0.1%. This antibody may cross-react with IgM from other species.

APPLICATIONS

ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000 with enzyme-conjugated streptavidin Western Blot: 1:10,000-1:100,000 with enzyme-conjugated streptavidin Prepare working dilutions immediately before use. These are recommended dilutions. User should determine optimal dilutions for their applications.

STORAGE AND STABILITY
