SPECIFICATION SUMMARY

Antigen: Purified human thyroid peroxidase. The two clones recognize different epitopes; they do not compete with one another in binding to thyroid peroxidase.

SPECIFICITY

These antibodies react specifically with human thyroid peroxidase.

APPLICATIONS

These antibodies may be used in immunoassays to detect/quantitate thyroid peroxidase. They may also be used for immunoaffinity purification of thyroid peroxidase.

DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS

Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

These antibodies are stable for at least one (1) year at -20oC to -70oC. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
