SPECIFICATION SUMMARY

Antigen: Pool of purified rabbit immunoglobulin from normal sera.

Host Species: Mouse

Specificity: #14601 recognizes rabbit IgG and IgM; #14602 recognizes rabbit IgG. These antibodies do not cross-react with immunoglobulin of the following species: bovine, canine, chicken, donkey, equine, feline, rat, sheep, porcine, guinea pig, goat, or human.

APPLICATIONS

These antibodies have been qualified for use in ELISA to detect rabbit immunoglobulin.

DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS

Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

These antibodies are stable for at least one (1) year at -20oC to -70oC. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
