R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) Labeled Silica Beads:

Nanocs offers R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) labeled silica beads that have broad fluorescent excitation and emission range, intensely bright red-orange fluorescence with high quantum yield. R-phycoerythrin is a bright fluorescent phycobiliprotein isolated from red algae. It is excited by laser lines from 488 to 561 nm, with absorbance maxima at 496, 546, and 565 nm and a fluorescence emission peak at 578 nm. R-PE labeled silica beads are useful for flowcytometry assay, bioarray detection, ELISA and many other fluorescent based assay. Nanocs offers R-PE beads conjugated to a variety of primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, and streptavidin. In addition, tandem conjugates of phycobiliproteins are available to generate a range of emission signals from a single excitation wavelength. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.
