Description:

Nanocs SnapLink biotin pyridyl dithiol/disulfide, also called Biotin PDA, Biotin PDP or Biotin OPSS, is a cleavable thiol/sulfhydryl reactive biotin reagent enables simple and efficient labeling of proteins, antibodies and other macromolecules. Pyridyl dithiol group reacts efficiently with reduced sulfhydryl groups (-SH) in neutral to alkaline pH in aqueous buffer to form a disulfide bond that can be cleaved with disulfide bond reducing reagents such as DTT. Nanocs provides a variety of high purity biotin and its derivatives for various biotinylation and bioassay applications. These functional biotin products were purified by chromatography to remove impurities and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
