NHS activated agarose beads are one of Nanocs chemical reactive beaded agarose resins that can be used to immobilize proteins, peptides and many other biomolecules via their primary amines. NHS agarose beads react rapidly with primary amine groups under alkaline pH to form stable covalent amide bonds. Nanocs NHS agarose offers excellent reactivity, high loading efficiency and non-toxic green chemical conjugation.
