The purpose of this kit is the in-vitro quantitative determination of human TGFb1 in cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma (EDTA treated only) and urine samples. Pretreatment of samples with acid precipitation and neutralization step is required for optimal activity. Note: TGFbeta 1 is naturally very liable once released from its natural binding complex.
