TheIDO2CellularActivityQuickDetectTMSupplementsaredesignedtocomplementthehIDO2-HEK293RecombinantCellLine(BPSCat.#60532)orotherIDO2-expressingcelllines.ThiskitcontainsthecellculturemediumsupplementsnecessaryforactivationofIDO2andfortheanalysisanddetectionofIndoleamine2,3dioxygenase2(IDO2)-catalyzedconversionofL-tryptophan(L-Trp)toKynurenine(Kyn).Thesupplementsandthedetectionreagents,whenusedasdescribed,allowforindirectmeasurementofKynlevelsbyanalyzingabsorptionat480nm.
