Description:
TheLSD1ChemiluminescentAssayKitisdesignedtodirectlymeasureactivityofhumanlysine-specificdemethylase(LSD1)forscreeningandprofilingapplications.ThekeytotheLSD1ChemiluminescentAssayKitisahighlyspecificantibodythatrecognizesdemethylatedsubstrate.Withthiskit,onlythreesimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredformethyltransferasedetection.First,asamplecontainingLSD1enzymeisincubatedwithasamplecontainingassaybuffer.Next,primaryantibodyisadded.Finally,theplateistreatedwithanHRP-labeledsecondaryantibodyfollowedbyadditionoftheHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescencethatcanthenbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
