Cells that express the surface antigen that is recognized by the mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody are targeted for magnetic separation using EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ and the EasySep™ Magnet.This product replaces the EasySep™ "Do-It-Yourself" Selection Kit (Catalog #18098).
