This cell line features a BRAF V600E mutation as well as hemizygous deleted PTEN and CDK4 K22Q mutation. Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) is a gene that encodes a serine/threonine kinase. The protein functions in cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase and the activation of RB1.
