| Application Notes | Human CpG ODNs are used for activation of human TLR9 at a range of 5-20 ug/ml. The TLR9/NF-kB/SEAPorter HEK 293 cell line is a useful positive control model system for studying hTLR9 activation. We typically use a 96-well plate format assay using this reporter cell line |
