Application Notes	AMPLIFICATION: The plasmid DNA contains anampicillin resistant gene. For large scale production,this plasmid may be amplified on LB plates containing50 ug/ml ampicillin. The liquid cultures may be grownat 100 ug ampicillin/ml.Use in retroviral production reported in multiple pieces of scientific literature.
